In love, light & many blessings…

Rosemary Altea
is an internationally renowned spiritual medium

She was born and raised in England. As a small girl, she heard voices, and had visions of people who had died. Threatened by her mother, the young Rosemary kept silent–but she’s not quiet about it any more…

Rosemary Altea

In the 1970’s, in her mid-thirties with a ten-year-old daughter, Rosemary was abandoned by her husband. Near rock bottom, Rosemary began to nurture her spiritual gifts.

Rosemary says it was her spirit guide, Grey Eagle, who advised her to publish her first book, The Eagle and the Rose, in the United States and then afterwards in other countries. The Eagle and the Rose became a huge bestseller. “Americans are very open and enthusiastic,” Rosemary says. The essence of her message is that there is life after death, and that we are all spiritual beings who come to earth to learn.

Rosemary has worked professionally as a medium for over twenty years. Rosemary is also a faith healer and has healing centers in conjunction with the RAHEF (her registered charity), in both Britain and the US, with a staff of unpaid volunteer healers, who practice spiritual healing mostly in their spare time.

She is the founder of the RAHEF–the Rosemary Altea Healing And Educational Foundation , a charitable organization based in the USA. This, along with its British counterpart, the RAAH, both spearheaded by Rosemary, have patients worldwide.

To learn more about the RAHEF, Rosemary’s healing organization, and non-profit charitable venture, as well as spiritual healing…faith healing, please visit. www.RAHEF.org.

Rosemary has appeared on numerous national television shows including The Oprah Show, Larry King Live and Prime Time Live with Diane Sawyer.

Coinciding with the release of her second book, PROUD SPIRIT,

Rosemary Altea appeared on ABC’s 20/20 and on NBC’s Unsolved Mysteries. She has also been written about worldwide. See some print clips.

Rosemary’s third bestselling book, You Own the Power, illustrates what a master teacher she has become over the years. You Own the Power begins to show how it’s more than possible that we are all able, in some way, to tap into our sixth sense. The book tells stories and gives exercises to unleash the power within.

Rosemary’s fourth book, Soul Signs: An Elemental Guide To Your Spiritual Destiny,is groundbreaking and gives the world an *entirely new* “soul system” for understanding our relationships, our successes and failures, and ultimately our most fundamental selves. Soul Signs, introduces a system of “soul typing” that encompasses all living beings and explores the true nature of the soul. That we are all one of 5 Energy Groups which are then broken down in to 13 “Soul Types, or Soul Signs.” What Soul Sign are you?

Rosemary has now completed her fifth book, A Matter Of Life And Death. To read more about the contents of this new book, visit Ask Rosemary, where she answers some questions about the book and her inspiration behind it. This book is very similar in many ways to Rosemary’s runaway best seller, The Eagle and The Rose…all of the things we loved about that book AND more!

See our books and audio section for more information and even excerpts from all of her books. Plus, Rosemary has a series of 4 healing and meditation CDs that are exclusive to our website. See our store for them, and other great site exclusive products

On a mission to touch as many people as she can, Rosemary does her best to reach out to people in many different ways. There are many ways to connect with Rosemary and feel the light of her work. Forgiveness

Practice Forgiveness .

”One forgives to the degree that one loves. ”  Francois de La Rochefoucauld

Anytime you’re filled with resentment, you’re turning the controls of your emotional life over to others to manipulate.

Removing resentment and blame from your life means never assigning responsibility to anyone for what you’re experiencing. It means that you’re willing to say, “I may not understand why I feel this way, why I have this illness, why I’ve been victimized, or why I had this accident, but I’m willing to say without any guilt or resentment that I own it. I live with, and I am responsible for, having it in my life.” Why do this? If you take responsibility for having it, then at least you have a chance to also take responsibility for removing it or learning from it.

First, you have to get past blame. Then you have to learn to send love to all, rather than anger and resentment. Just as no one can define you, neither do you have the privilege of defining others. When you stop judging and simply become an observer, you will know inner peace. With that sense of inner peace, you’ll find yourself free of the negative energy of resentment, and you’ll be able to live a life of contentment. A bonus is that you’ll find that others are much more attracted to you. A peaceful person attracts peaceful energy.

At the root of virtually all spiritual practice is the notion of forgiveness. Think about every single person who has ever harmed you, cheated you, defrauded you, or said unkind things about you. Your experience of them is nothing more that a thought that you carry around with you. These thoughts of resentment, anger, and hatred represent slow, debilitating energies that will disempower you. If you could release them, you would know more peace.

You practice forgiveness for two reasons: to let others know that you no longer wish to be in a state of hostility with them and to free yourself from the self-defeating energy of resentment. Send love in some form to those you feel have wronged you and notice how much better you feel.

”Forgiveness means letting go of a hurtful situation
and moving on with your own happiness.”  Amanda Ford

I Believe…

I believe-
That we don’t have to change friends if we understand that friends change.

I believe-
That it’s taking me a long time to become the person I want to be.

I believe-
That we are responsible for what  we do, no matter how we feel.

I believe-
That either you control your attitude or it controls you.

I believe-
That heroes are the people who do what has to be done when it needs to be done,
regardless of the consequences.

I believe-
That my best friend and I can do anything or nothing and have the best time!

I believe-
That sometimes the people you expect to kick you when you’re down, will be the ones to help you get back up.

I believe-
That sometimes when I’m angry I have the right to be angry, but that doesn’t give me the right to be cruel.

I believe-
That just because someone doesn’t love you the way you want them to doesn’t mean they don’t love you with all they have.

I believe-
That maturity has more to do with what types of experiences you’ve had and what you’ve
learned from them and less to do with how many birthdays you’ve celebrated.

I believe-
That it isn’t always enough to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes you have to learn to forgive yourself.

I believe-
That no matter how bad your heart is broken the world doesn’t stop for your grief.

I believe-
That our background and circumstances may have influenced
who we are, but we are responsible for who we become.

I believe-
That two people can look at the exact same thing and see something totally different.

I believe-
That the people you care about most in life are the essence of life.
Tell them today how much you love them and what they mean to you. ~Positive Thoughts

”Believe nothing because a wise man said it.
Believe nothing because it is generally held.
Believe nothing because it is written.
Believe nothing because it is said to be divine.
Believe nothing because someone else believes it.
But believe only what you yourself judge to be true.” ~The Buddha

Silence

Contemplation,searching  for my soul
Silence encompassing all
Alone but not in solitude
Silence giving fortitude

My ego-thoughts trying to prop up
Silence makes them stop
Soul is what I’m searching for
Silence, silence I adore

Connecting to my soul
Silence winning after all
Thoughts connect with high above
Silence fills my soul with love

Conscience conquering my mind
Silence makes it look so kind
Soul and conscience hand in hand
Silent wish to never end

Grateful heart joins in
Silence makes it all akin
Thanking God for this silent contemplation
Thanks for silence, thanks again  ~Aufie Zophy
